Developers notes
This game is definitely more 'spooky fun' than blood-curdling horror but we have so many horror games in the works, we thought it might be nice to make a cute Halloween game for a change.
Future improvements / suggestions :
- More costumes for your main character
- Shop where you can trade the treats you earn for upgrades / accessories
- More animations to bring the environment alive
- Tidy up the source code to make it easier to manage / scale
Updates
A user pointed out that the location of some chests in the screenshot of the map aren't the same as their actual positions in the game. I've since changed the screenshot to show the true locations of the chests. Happy hunting!

A high score leaderboard would be neat. It would introduce a target to aim for.
